Mr. Fowler originally joined RTM Consultants, Inc. in 2014 . His primary duties include performing and overseeing Life Safety Assessments (LSA), Code Compliance Assessments, and Code Reviews for health care facilities. Mr. Fowler has performed LSAs at hospitals and ambulatory care facilities throughout the state of Indiana assisting them to achieve compliance with NFPA 101 and life safety accreditation standards.
