Mr. Holman joined RTM Consultants, Inc. in 2015.
Prior to joining RTM, Mr. Holman was a Building Inspector with the City of Indianapolis, Department of Code Enforcement for 7 ½ years. While there he managed and performed inspections on commercial projects throughout the City of Indianapolis, with focus on the Downtown area. Mr. Holman has earned more than a dozen certifications through the International Code Council (ICC) including Certified Building Official and Master Code Professional. He is continuing to work towards further certification from ICC and NFPA.
